Bluetooth Beacon "mini"

The Beacon Mini from COREDINATE is quickly and easily integrated into the system like a normal checkpoint. At the same time, it has some advantages compared to the normal passive NFC checkpoints because Beacons are active. When using Beacons as checkpoints, it is sufficient if the employee enters the transmission radius of the Beacon and the scan is registered by COREDINATE. Beacons are therefore ideal when it is not necessary (or perhaps even obstructive) for the employee to come close to the checkpoint to scan it.

In short: Beacons always make sense when it is sufficient to simply document the presence of an employee. A manual scan by the employee is not necessary, he can even leave the smartphone in his pocket during the round. The scan of a Beacon is carried out automatically when the employee enters the transmission radius. A vibration, a signal tone, and a hint text in the COREDINATE app indicate the successful scan.
